Dr. Nick S. Morrow, son of Dr. Len Morrow grew up in Lexington attending Henry Clay High School and later attended Vanderbilt on a baseball scholarship. He returned home after playing 5 years of professional baseball to attend the university of Kentucky College of Dentistry. Upon Completion of his dental school training, he returned to Nashville where he completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency.
