As Lexington natives, Drs. Jenkins & Morrow are excited to announce the opening of their new Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice, located at 216 Fountain Ct. between Richmond road and Hamburg Pavilion off of Man-0-War Boulevard. Their state of the art facility was designed with patient comfort, safety, and ease of access first and foremost. The building is fully handicap accessible and is located on the first floor with a covered entry for protection from inclement weather.
Dr. Nick S. Morrow, son of Dr. Len Morrow grew up in Lexington attending Henry Clay High School and later attended Vanderbilt on a baseball scholarship. He returned home after playing 5 years of professional baseball to attend the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. Upon Completion of his dental school training, he returned to Nashville where he completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency.
Dr. W. Scott Jenkins grew up in Lexington, attending and playing basketball for Lafayette high School then Wittenberg University in Springfield Ohio for his undergraduate work. He completed his dental and medical school training at the University of Kentucky where he stayed for his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Drs. Jenkins and Morrow are accepting patients and are committed to delivering state of the art care with individualized compassionate attention. Services include dental and "wisdom" tooth extraction, dental implant placement, bone grafting, orthognathic surgery, facial trauma and reconstruction, surgical management of temporomandibular joint dysfunction as well as oral pathology. Incorporated within the practice is a new dental CT scanner that will aide in diagnosis and treatment planning of patients allowing safer and more predictable care.
